Eight Stars LLC is a privately held company incorporated in the State of New Hampshire.  Eight Stars was organized in 1999 as a vehicle for investment and consulting in growth oriented technology and engineering fields. 

Eight Stars LLC has invested in a number of high technology companies and continues to support those investments with investment capital, strategic, operational and personnel expertise.

As of 2006, Eight Stars LLC has 4 organizational divisions:

• Eight Stars Energy Division – specializing in liquid energy technologies and services.
• Eight Stars Health Care Division – specializing in technologies and services designed to lower the cost of delivering care.
